There is only one Milled Receiver to get IMO that is the Firing Line version

loose/tight magazines in WASR 10
Question:    Polymer mags fit tight in my WASR 10 mag well, but steel mags flop around (I dont even know how well a drum mag might fit) - I hear the steel mags are more durable over the long haul, so how do I get steel mags to fit tight in my gun? Do i need a gunsmith, special mags, or a different AK?

Also, whats a good book source for learning about all the variations of AKs, so I could make an informed opinion on my next AK or what accessories might be worthwhile?
thanks for your consideration
Answer:  Not much to do if the mag well is too big, and it sounds like yours is.

You could do something to tighten the mags, but if they are working OK, I wouldn't bother many WASRs have loose mags and work OK

About shooting the AK-47
Question:    When my firend is shooting his AK-47 it he is telling me that it does not fire all the time? He said that the firering pin is stricking the bullet but it does not go bang. It is making a mark on the bullet. What could be the problem. I think it could be bad ammo or bad mag? what do you think.
Answer:  you could be correct, it could also be bad springs, or a broken firing pin

Lots to look for, shouldn't be too tough to track down, good luck

Custom AK gas tube
Question:    I own an AMD 65, and I would like to put normal AK wooden handguards on it. In order for me to do this, I need an AMD 65 length(shorter than standard AK) gas tube with the flanges for attaching an upper handguard. I think the Draco AK pistols use the same length gas tube, but I'm not 100% sure. Would you guys be able to find or make me a gas tube like this? If not, who could?

Thanks,
Marcus
Answer:  We don't build or sell stuff like that, some of our sponsors do, you might try talking to them
